About Julie

Julie, is a native Virginian and a graduate of Virginia Tech in Business Management. She and her husband relocated to the Mt Pleasant/Charleston in 2005 to enjoy a better quality of life. She has two adult children and an 18 year old college student who keeps her young!

Before moving to Charleston, Julie was named 2004 Salesperson of the Year in the DC Metro area. She has extensive experience with Luxury Homes and custom home building as well as land sales.

From the smallest cottage to the largest mansion- condominiums,townhomes, multifamily or single family homes- she has done it all!

Married to a home builder/licensed contractor, Julie has extensive knowledge of building/renovations and access to vendors to help clients with any of those needs. Her background is new construction and she is well versed in that area as well as handling preowned homes.

Julie has sold over $200 million in Real Estate transactions. Outside of work Julie enjoys travel, friends, family, boating, beaches, volunteering, and reading
